• Purchase price ranging from $10 million - $30 million

• Buildings with approximately 95% warehouse and 5% office space

• Ceiling heights of 28+ feet

• Single tenant, ground lease, or multi-tenant buildings are considered

• Will consider stabilized and value add investment opportunities
